These hot dills are pickled with garlic, dill, celery seed, horseradish, and a whole lot of cayenne pepper. This gives them a sustained heat with out burning your tongue off. Cayenne pepper is very good for you and so are these pickles! We grow our ingredients and take great pains to harvest and put them in the jar right away to create the freshest pickles possible.
